A renovated three-bedroom, two-bath home in a quiet Memphis neighborhood, minutes from Shelby Farms Park, shopping and dining. One king bed and two queens, a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a private fenced backyard with a patio, and a covered two-car garage. Sleeps up to six, with keypad self check-in.

The space

Living room: A bright, open-plan living area with plush seating, a large smart TV for streaming (bring your own logins) and Wi-Fi. A dedicated workspace in a room with a door is ready for remote work or study.

Kitchen: Full-size appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, GE electric stove and oven, dishwasher and microwave, plus a drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, cookware and dishes. A dining table seats the whole group.

Bedrooms: Bedroom one has a king bed; bedrooms two and three each have a queen. Every room has quality linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades and closet space, plus a walk-in closet.

Baths: Two modern bathrooms with a bathtub, fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and a hair dryer.

The yard: A private, fully fenced backyard with a patio and outdoor furniture, for morning coffee or a quiet evening outside.

Laundry: A free washer and dryer in the home, with an iron and a drying rack for clothes.

Sleeping arrangements: The home sleeps up to six: one king bed and two queen beds.

Guest access

The entire home is yours: three bedrooms, two baths, the kitchen, dining and living areas, the fenced backyard and the covered two-car garage for secure overnight parking. Keypad self check-in; your door code and arrival details come before your stay.

Neighborhood

A quiet, well-kept residential neighborhood in Memphis (38133), close to Germantown Parkway shopping and dining and about 10 minutes from Shelby Farms Park, one of the largest urban parks in the country. Groceries, coffee and casual restaurants are nearby, and quick access to I-40 makes the rest of Memphis an easy drive.

Getting around

Shelby Farms Park is about 10 minutes away. Downtown Memphis and Beale Street are about 20 to 25 minutes via I-40, and Graceland, the Memphis Zoo and the riverfront are a short drive. Park in the two-car garage or the driveway for free, with free street parking out front too.

Other things to note

• This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors, especially outdoors in the evening.
• The primary guest must be 25 or older and stay for the whole reservation. At this time we host out-of-state guests only.
• Security cameras are on the outside of the home only (front porch, rear porch and driveway), to watch the house while it's empty between guests.
• Before check-out, please empty the refrigerator and freezer, bag all trash for the green bins outside, and leave linens and towels unwashed.

Additional rules

Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home; a $250 cleaning fee applies. A $250 fee applies if a pet is brought into the home. The home sleeps a maximum of six registered guests. Please return all keys and garage remotes; a replacement garage remote is $25. No food or drinks in the bedrooms. Late check-out is $75 per 30 minutes (rounded up) unless pre-approved, and if check-out is more than two hours late and delays cleaning for the next guest, their accommodation may be charged. Damage may be charged up to $500 or more, missing items at replacement cost, and a $200 excessive cleaning fee applies if the home is left very dirty. Guests are responsible for everyone in their group and for the home's contents from check-in to check-out.
